This Girl Walks Into a Bar Bartending LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides bartending services for private and corporate events. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.ThisGirlWalksIntoABarBartending.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't submit your information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our Site (for example, to request a quote, book an event, or ask a question), we collect:

• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it

• Your name and any message you include, if the form asks for them

• Event details you share, such as date, location, guest count, and service preferences

Information collected automatically. Our Site and hosting provider may automatically collect basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

We do not collect payment card information through our submission form. If you pay a deposit or invoice, that payment is handled by a third-party processor (e.g., Square, Venmo, Zelle) under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to inquiries and send quotes

• Plan, confirm, and staff your event

• Contact you by phone or text about your booking, if you provided your number

• Send news and promotions you signed up for

• Improve our Site and services

• Comply with the law, including alcohol service regulations, and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Email and text messages

Booking messages. If you request a quote or book an event, we may email, call, or text you about that event. These are service messages, not marketing.

Marketing email. If you opt in, we may send you updates and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Marketing texts. We only send marketing texts if you agree to receive them. Consent is never a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share your phone number or text-messaging opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We share your information only with:

• Our bartenders and event staff, who need your event details and contact info to serve your event.

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, booking or CRM tool, email platform, SMS provider, and payment processor (Square). They may use your information only to provide services to us.

• Venues or event partners, only when needed to coordinate your event and with your knowledge.

• Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, clients, or the public.

• A buyer or successor, if our business is merged, acquired, or sold.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

Our Site may use cookies and similar tools to keep it working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it (for example, through Google Analytics or SquareSpace). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.

Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because no common standard exists. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as completing your event, keeping business and tax records, or as required by law. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you

• Request a copy of it

• Ask us to correct or delete it

• Opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we don't do either)

• Not be treated differently for exercising these rights

Age requirement

Our services involve serving alcohol. Our Site and booking forms are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be posted clearly on the Site.
